Bob Barker Company at Bell Advanced Communication Seminar

Last week, 16 Bob Barker Company Team Members completed the Bell Leadership Advanced Communication Seminar. The seminar focused on how to enhance communication skills to become more effective leaders. Exceptional communication skills are crucial for standout leaders, and Bell Leadership's extensive research confirms that a leader's ability to positively influence others is rooted in excellent communication.

The sessions started with a full day on how to boost your listening skills. In fact, listening is the first step in becoming a great communicator. The second day of the seminar touched on topics like how to best deliver your message, how to communicate during problems or conflicts, and how to use humor when communicating.

The seminar proved to be eye-opening and inspiring, and our Team Members plan to use what they learned to enhance their ability to inspire our fellow Team Members, drive results and transform Bob Barker Company.
