Embracing the Spirit of Giving: Prison Fellowship Angel Tree Event

Santa Giving Gifts

Amidst the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, Bob Barker Company takes a moment each year to embody the true essence of giving back through our cherished Prison Fellowship Angel Tree event. This initiative, close to our hearts, aims to bring joy and warmth to the children of justice-involved parents in Utah and North Carolina. The Angel Tree event is complete with a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus, gifts, food, music and activities.

Months in the making, the Angel Tree event is a labor of love that sees the dedication of dozens of Bob Barker Company Team Members. Beginning early in the fall, volunteers work tirelessly to organize, collect donations, and coordinate to ensure a meaningful experience for these deserving children.

Our commitment to hosting Angel Tree events aligns deeply with our Company's Vision of Transforming Criminal Justice While Honoring God in All We Do. We believe in breaking the cycle of recidivism by extending our support to those who are justice involved and their families, recognizing the significance of every individual's well-being in our society.

For the children who may spend the holidays without their justice-involved parents, the Angel Tree event becomes a beacon of hope. It allows them to receive gifts from their parents, fostering a sense of connection and love during the holiday season.

This year's Angel Tree events were impactful:

  • In our Utah Distribution Center, we welcomed 11 families and 39 children. With 25 dedicated volunteers, we distributed 78 gifts, creating moments of joy for each child.

  • At our North Carolina Headquarters, we hosted 40 families and 106 children, supported by 83 volunteers. Together, we distributed an astonishing 282 gifts, bringing smiles and spreading cheer.

Bob Barker Company is honored to play a role in making these children's holiday season a little brighter. Our Angel Tree event encapsulates the spirit of compassion and generosity that defines this festive season, and we eagerly anticipate continuing this tradition of giving in the years to come.

This holiday season, as we celebrate, let us remember the importance of giving and sharing joy with those in need.
