This year marks our tenth appearance on the list and the seventh year in a row we’ve received this distinction. The award is based entirely on confidential feedback from our Team Members, collected through a comprehensive survey process. The surveys assess key elements of employee engagement, including team dynamics, leadership, communication and workplace satisfaction. To be recognized with top marks for all of these factors makes this award especially significant to us.
Only 50 companies in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area earned a spot on this year’s list, and we’re humbled to be counted among them.
