Learn More About Our Foundation

Since 1972, Bob Barker Company has served the physical needs of incarcerated individuals. What you may not know is that in May 2009, the Company further expanded its mission with the Bob Barker Foundation, an organization committed to reducing recidivism and helping formerly incarcerated individuals stay out for life. Each year, Bob Barker Company designates at least 10% of its net profits to support the Bob Barker Foundation, while also matching Team Member contributions to local nonprofits.

The mission of the Bob Barker Foundation is clear: to support programs that prepare individuals physically, emotionally, and spiritually for life after incarceration. We believe that every incarcerated person has value and deserves a chance at a better life. Additionally, reducing recidivism reduces crime and makes our communities safer.

The Bob Barker Foundation now grants more than $1,000,000 annually. Since its inception, the Foundation has partnered with 543 organizations across 30 states, reaching over 2.4 million people and granting more than $9 million to programs that help prepare individuals for successful reentry into society.

So far in 2025, our Foundation has awarded over $750,000 to 54 organizations throughout the United States. Our funding has supported direct services and programming for over 1.5 million individuals. These organizations are taking proven, cost-effective approaches to reducing recidivism. Impressively, our grantees have an average recidivism rate below 11%. By offering support to individuals as they reenter society, the Bob Barker Foundation is making a measurable impact in breaking the cycle of reoffending.
